Adultworks in not a decent site, no decent site exists for prossie advertising.  However AW is the best place for a contact point.  If you are new to punting, imho your best option is to absorb as much information you can from UKP,  ask questions and look at the review sections. This will help massively when using AW and reduce the risk of a bad experience and punt.

As said previously there are no 'good' sites.  any site that would ever be good will be full of scammers as they are attracted to anything that might make the money.
