Location.  Just behind Gosforth high street. 

Parking.  Ample public car park few minutes walk away.

Now that's what I'd call a typical lazy bastards comment.

It doesn't really help, not everyone looks at all the posts in a review thread.

At the minute she has 5 reviews, 4 positive and 1 neutral, you say your experience was a positive one, so if you posted a review she would have 6 reviews, 5 positive and 1 neutral. That shows she has improved since the neutral and is consistent in that improvement.

Your choice of course help fellow punters or spit your dummy out.
