Sending a pm

I searched and couldn’t find it. What is the criteria for being  able to send pms? I get the my account is only able to respond to pms.

As far as I am aware, there never has been a published criteria for being able to send PM's... Just continue to contribute until you can

Yeah "Old Admin" kept changing it slightly but the last I thought he stopped giving PM facility to any more members however who knows if the new Admin's may open it up in the future, not a priority at the moment though while still fixing issues
