Location : my hotel ; Telford ; as good as most business hotels - earlier in June

Communications : good ; Emily had responded to my RB for Telford and we had exchange email and calls.

Meeting ; Did not happen.....I had placed the booking for 8:30pm about 36 hours before we met and exchanged emails with Emily. We spoke just over 24 hours before the meeting and all was OK.  One the day I updated Emily with room number and then found she had a personal trainer session booked so would be an hour late (9pm instead of 8pm).  Then followed several texts and calls from me with no reply from Emily.  No in fairness the AW booking had not been confirmed but I feel is a poor show to be left out in the cold.

Cant really say was Negative as never met ; but not a good experience. Looks like a great lady but maybe one I am fated not to meet

Definitely a Negative. The problem with this review MH is that your future review credibility will be questioned. If your giving out neutrals for this,then your positives can't be that strong. Just one mans humble opinion
