Preparation for punt: • Trimmed down there the night before

Location • CM1 1AG Watson Heights
• Newly developed apartment complex. Approximately 5 tower blocks, each with 60 apartments over 5 floors.
• Visitor entrance required driver to buzzed through, so avoided that.
• Only public parking for the marketing and sales suite – they’re still selling units. Had a look, not bad!
• So drove off-site and parked about 100 meters CM1 1SU away, in an industrial site. A bit concerned about leaving car in such a location. Nothing happened, all safe.
• Free street parking for 1 hour.
• Walked back to development. Some workmen operating a digger on-site (some building work still ongoing in other tower blocks). Workmen seemed unaware of Johns.
• Easy to find the relevant tower block. Buzzer at entrance, with camera. Buzzed in. Unmanned foyer. Took elevator to Xth floor. Spanking new apartment block, fancy hallway carpet, mirrors, etc. Glass and metal architecture, very suave.
• Found the apartment easy enough. Corridor deserted.

• Carpeted floor. En-suite nicely decorated.
• From peeping down the hallway of the apartment, it looked quite sparsely furnished. The apartment itself had the potential to quality as a luxury apartment with the right decoration. However, as it was, it was mostly bare walls, bare floor, and just beds with plain sheets. Quite spartan.
