OP sorry to hear what happened, as others have said maybe she picked up some negative vibe off you, and instead of being professional and giving you a good service that you paid money for, decided to take the piss, thinking that you would just run away scared thinking there was security in the car park, if there was they would of arrived in reception, big balls to call the cops and stand there while she lied and claimed you assaulted her, could of just been her word against hers if she’d not ran and claimed assault, (maybe recording audio of a punt in future is a safety precaution) so if a WG ever claims you assaulted her, you can play a audio to prove at least nothing violent seems to of occurred, as you know this is a civil matter so the cops wouldn’t of been able to get the money back, but maybe they could of given her a stern talking to if she hadn’t of ran.
She should of offered a refund, because she was being negative and difficult to deal with, and asked you to leave, though there is no evidence you were being overly rude or aggressive, In that situation I’d ask for a refund, insist on it in a calm manor, and tell her that if she doesn’t then I will be having a nice chat with the reception team about them having a hooker working in room xxx
I actually liked the look of her, so was considering booking her soon, shame she is a low life scammer, guess she thinks her shit don’t stink coz she’s on telly and a model
