Almost certainly fake pictures. Looks like pornstar Tigger with red hair it isn't her though.

From my experiences women that body type i.e. top heavy, thin waist are incredibly rare. I've only ever seen a "handful".

I think Vanessa pictured is from the Czech Republic if it's who I'm thinking of.
