This could be open to interpretation... What if a member makes a general comment about a renowned Barebacker (no one in particular) for instance: e.g. "she's probably riddled with [insert]" would this result in a banning?... Just so everyone is clear on the matter @daviemac...

I wouldn’t imagine so, that would seem more of an observation than an allegation, but we’ll know more when the new owner makes his position clear

There was a member banned yesterday for creating a thread naming a WG and stating that he heard from a pal that she had the clap. More of a clear cut case there

yeah, probably more an observation is what I thought as I understand there are more clear cut cases...Just looking for some clarification as to how its interpreted going forward...

The rules state STI allegations are not allowed, so if you name an escort (whether she barebacks or not) and make a suggestion she has an STI it will result in a ban. This has been the case long before any mods were introduced. Making a general comment about barebackers, with no names mentioned, is not accusing an individual.

Following reports, I deleted 3 such posts from this region yesterday and banned 2 members. The first I gave the benefit of the doubt to and just deleted his post, he was banned when he posted the same again. The second only joined to make the same accusation.

I posted this in the hope it would deter others from joining and doing it again.

I couldn't remember if this was "crystal clear" in relation to Barebackers, as site rules aren't accessible at the moment, but knew STI allegations weren't allowed long before Mods were introduced... Thanks for clarifying though ...
