Booked a week in advance, initial comms good, phone number given.

She just didn’t show up. I had sent a few texts during the day that got no response so I suppose I should not have been surprised, and looking at some AW FB she has form on this.
No excuses offered, logged into AW but not read my messages.

And here was I hoping to ask a variant of the perennial question once again  :(

As you suggested from the AW feedback this does seem to be an issue
