He paid for a basic service yes. He asked about 1 or 2 extras and was told they where £30 for the one act. She did not say you need to upgrade  to GFE at £60 and these are then included.

But if you walk into a parlour, have a figure of £70 in mind and if you get a proper unhurried GFE for less, from a girl you fancy, you've got a bargain.

Yes I think it is not unreasonable for the girl to tell the punter what is available and how much it costs. This is a blatant attempt to get a punter in at a low base price then jack things up way past what anywhere else would charge for a similar service.
