Always the chance of bad things happening anywhere anytime, the risk here is not only the sp, but others in the premises and the drug dealer delivering, it was a light hearted comment at the time but writing this reply is probably worthy of consideration before choosing to punt this one. Both these 2 have mental health issues and the friend who works from their flat. I know they have both been to rehab. And agree the place is a shithole.
