Roxy normally works at the Greek Street walk-up but does "overtime" sometimes at Lisle st. If I understand correctly, different walk-ups (or perhaps groups of walk-ups) have different management, different price menus, and different services they allow.

Yes, though some flats do seem to be connected to one another to some degree. E.g. Newport Court and Romilly Street. And possibly both those two and Berwick Street. To what extent, if at all, is unclear, at least to me.

Sabrina, like Kate, works at 8 Greek Street. The system there has alternative four week shifts with Kate and Roxy doing most days on one shift, then going on vacation as Lily and Sabrina do their shift. The next changing of the guard is, I would guess around the middle of next week and Sabrina then would be back on Thursday. She does Thursdays to Mondays inclusive. Quite a few of the girls at Newport have worked at Romilly and vice versa. Spanish Sasha is one, Bulgarian Busty Tina another, and I'm sure there have been still others than I can't bring to mind. A couple of times I've walked past just before 9pm and seen Berwick St shut but both times were on weekends and the walk-ups are usually quiet then. Saturdays as of late have been dire with some walk-ups having only one of the flats open to business. OTOH Saturdays and other quiet days during the year can sometimes mean a good WG who doesn't normally work that day covers for someone else who's off.

For later at night punts from 9pm onwards, your best bets are Romilly and 52 Greek Street which stay open till late. You may get lucky with Bateman Street and Greens Court til 9/10pm (correct me if I'm wrong though).

Should be around 11.30, 12 at the latest for 8 Greek Street. If you do go and it isn't too late do us a favour when you've been and tell us who is working there today. Thanks in advance. Probably the earliest in the morning to open from my experience is the one at 34 Romilly Street which may even open at 11 but I doubt if you'll find earlier. Some good girls at both venues. The maid told me that Poppy is only going to be doing Wednesdays and Thursdays and this Erica girl will be taking over Tuesdays.
She also told me that Yaya is going on holiday for 7 weeks, so there will be a gap there too and somebody will have to cover. Maybe this Erica bird. Wonder if she’s the one seen at Berwick Street?

Whilst talking to Cherry, she told me that her mate, Laura, was downstairs. Another Romanian, and in Cherry’s words “petit – smaller than me – very friendly with big boobs”.
Cherry also told me that she’s working Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri and Sat at the upper flat at Romilly Street.

Without doubt Crazy Angela. Thanks for the report but don't think that any experience with Angela will be in any way representative of what you will find in Soho!

She seems like the sort of person who'd be known as Crazy Angela. Don't get me wrong, if you went in ready to spill your beens you'd be ok. I'd forgotten how much I used to love the random nature of the walk up, it's why I don't mind a bait and switch every now and again. French Lily was a treat so it all turned out good.
