The issue is that the profile will still rank a a positive review, wouldn't it be better to change the rating to Negative and then leave the text confirming that Claudia was Positive but the bait and switch of profiles surely deserves a negative, it will link to the pimp / new pro$$ie as opposed to the pro$$ie you saw
