Tried going in once, without pre-booking.
The lady wasn't really cup of tea (too short, too heavy), and she didn't speak a word of english - we conducted a short conversation via the medium of google translate, which was toe-curllingly awful. I made my excuses and left.
Generally the shop is VERY overlooked by neighbouring shops and cafes (and a school i think). The (chinese) fellow in the chippy next door watched me all the way in.
