Long story short, the meet did not happen because i felt threaten that some tall white essex bloke entered the lift as i message the SP and proceed to get off on the same floor and went into the same flat. Good thing I let him off the lift first.

Got back on the lift and once out of the building, message SP to say I'm not coming anymore as felt threatened by the tall bloke who entered her flat seconds before i reach. She messages back with - "it's for my friend babe". Not buying it.

It may be a bit harsh to rate this as a negative given the meet did not happen but my balls were telling me to leg it as soon as the tall bloke got off on the same floor and got into the SP flat.
