Book someone who agrees to take part in some realistic role play.

You turn up pretending to be a  plumber coming to fix her washing machine.

After you have had your fun, charge her £100 an hour labour + £25 call out fee.

Good idea. You could also charge her extra if she wants her pipes sweating.
