Anyone have any recommendations for these two cities?
They're both dead as far as punting goes. Especially Tallinn. You won't find anything there.
Same goes for Riga, Latvia. It used to be a poosy paradise in years 2005-2009 (not before that, not after that, only during those years) when all of a sudden some mafiosos took over the entire Old Town and put up a strip joint on every corner (literally, on every corner). There was around 30-40 strip joints in Riga's Old Town suddenly and it all resembled like some huge, city-wide RLD. It changed totally the face of Riga's Old Town.
Oh boy, those were the times!
I was lucky enough to live through those times and being a lot in the city at that time so I had my share of fun there as well.
In Riga i had probably the best punt I've ever had anywhere, with a stripper in a strip club's private room in 2008. She was one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen in my life, anywhere, and it all cost me only 40 eur. And I was fucking her bareback, unloading in her mouth at her request ("please come in my mouth, I don't want to have babies", she moaned) in the end.
There was surprisingly lot very young, very beautiful girls (also Latvians, not only Russians) stripping in those places. Most of them obviously not pros and with no previous experience in hooking, so it all gave a special spice to the whole thing. I've never seen anything like that anywhere really. I've no idea where the hell they found all those girls working there.
Some of those girls said clearly in the beginning of conversation that they're not having sex here and some had a different approach to it, being willing to take it further. Fucking was never officially on menu in those places, so if it happened, it happened because the girl wanted to, in private rooms. But it happened a lot to me
And then, just as fast as it happened, all those places vanished in the thin air. Seemed like it happened overnight. All of them were gone, just like that. I never knew why and what happened.
After 2009 Riga has been completely dead what comes to punting. There just isn't anything anymore. Few escorts online, but prices are sky-high and quality average.
I managed to find one apartment with few girls in 2012 after long and frustrating search but all of them were ugly and couldn't promise even guaranteed sex before going to the rooms (probably 'cos of the law, so they aren't allowed to say it aloud) and because we couldn't even negotiate about prices, I skipped the whole thing. That place was in a block of flats with no signs anywhere and you couldn't even get in if you didn't know the doorcode. Nor you weren't able to find the right door by yourself. I had some local dude helping me out then.
It still amazes me how there isn't a huge market for paid sex in Riga and hookers on every corner, 'cos they're dirt poor there and living like shit so one would naturally guess that it'd create a massive poosy paradise for punters. But it just doesn't go like that. There's lot of places where girls rather eat shit and live in a garbage can than sell their pussy for money. And on the other hand there's places where it's definitely not out of desperate need for money to sell yourself but more just a life choice. Like in Germany (if not counting all those Romanians/Bulgarians with multiple problems).
My best guess is that it's always mostly the local culture that defines the market for sex and on the other end the local laws and how much they're enforced.
In Latvia there's very strict laws about everything really these days, it's ridiculous how controlled they are now compared to the times in the beginning on 2000 when people were still having fun there. Streets were packed with happy drunken people on the daily basis and everyone was having a blast then. Now it's one of the most boring and darkest places I know. The change has been radical.
