After reading all the positive reviews on here, was really looking forward to seeing Nicholyn. So when I was in Doncaster with some time to kill earlier this week decided to take the opportunity to see her.

Rang the number on the AW page which was answered by the mamasan/ handler. I asked if Nicholyn (by name as didn't sent to end up with someone else) was available today which she confirmed she was.
I then asked to book her in around 55 minutes time for 1 hour  which mamasan was fine with. I then asked her to text me the address when we ended the call. Now this is where things got really weird.

The mamasan said no problem she will text the address but then I had to call back again later to confirm the booking. I reiterated I was definitely booking but needed the address so I knew where to come. This was a very awkward conversation with the mamasan eventually explaining  a lot of people had previously booked and then failed to turn up. She eventually and reluctantly (it felt) confirmed on the phone the booking would be fine as I was clear I wasnt wasting time.

She messaged me the postcode, I confirmed again via text I would be there at the agreed time and set off shortly after.


I arrived at the location parking at the outdoor car park suggested in another review near the markets. I then messaged again as only had a postcode / road name and no building or house number so didn't know if I was close or not. I was met with radio silence and 3 attempts to contact over the next 15 minutes had no answer or reply.

Finally a call around 10 minutes after booking was due to start was returned with the mamasan explaining a electrician had arrived to do some work and would I be able to wait an hour. Absolutely fucking not. Mamasan apologied a few times and I decided to try my luck somewhere else which I'll leave a further review for.


The issue with the electrician isn't why I'm leaving a negative but instead the whole palava around not being trusted to keep my booking and then a failure to answer my call or return a message. I wasted time for this failed booking and found this quite rich considering the conversation had on the phone.
I can completely understand and accept things happening that mean a booking might get cancelled or changed and this would have been Neutral if not for the whole poor experience on this day.


If I'm in Doncaster again will probably try and see Nicholyn again but will be cautious about it actually happening.

Sorry to hear you’ve had problems. The directions to the address were awful but I’d put that down to them having moved in the day before perhaps we need to give them instructions to give out to us.

I’d love to help you out but I’m not sure how the rules on sharing that level of detail are and so won’t give the details I think they should be sharing.

Mmm yes their organisational skills maybe need a bit of work, but certainly worth persisting

I don't think the 'Nicholyn' we previously drooled over is currently in residence. I suspect a number of calls have gone in specifically asking for the 'Nicholyn' from the previous Rotherham location and early Donny days and when told no, someone else is here, then people have said no thanks or thought about it and not turned up. Hence Mamasan Katy getting a trifle pissed off. I think she has resorted to telling porkies and saying 'Nicholyn' is there just to lure the punters in.
