Arranged this morning for an in call tonight exchanged multiple emails detailing the booking and service etc.

Booking was for 19:00 asked twice during the day to confirm at 16:00 then again at 18:00 did so. Was on the way to the post code given when recieved a message at 18:50 saying she had to cancel.

Pretty poor to be fair wouldnt review if given decent notice but 10 mins before the booking is pretty shit.

Yes it is, thanks for the review, you most likely got bumped in favour of a longer booking or a regular, happens fairly frequently but not normally with only 10mins to spare.  :thumbsdown:  Manners cost nothing.
