The rate variance between in call and out call varies wildly for Gem. I’d be interested to know why. Surely the outcall element (the difference between in call and out call rates) should be no more expensive whatever the length of the booking

So for a 1 hour or 1.5 hour booking the outcall costs £30 more than an in call
For a 2 hour booking the variance is a massive £70
For a 3 hour booking it’s £110 and for a 4 hour booking it’s £100

Yet the fixed costs will be the same, i.e. fuel, vehicle expenses, tolls, whatever. The only variable might be the cost of a driver, but it doesn’t add up. There is no increase in out call element for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, both are £30. But the extra half hour to take it up to two hours adds another £40? Wtf?

You're right, it is pretty strange. If you just go by the preference logic it would show that for incalls she prefers longer bookings, but for outcalls she either prefers longer bookings or 90 minutes bookings?

I would imagine it has something to do with travel time either side. If they aren't in the same place all the time they can't take work constantly. I don't mean that in a conveyor belt sense either, just that a 10 minute journey either way is still a half hour booking to some escorts.
