Communication: I cannot remember the details

Location: Council estate in Camden, I was extra wary. It was raining very hard and with no one around, I just didn't have a good feeling about the area  ...the flat is clean and discreet. Was told to keep quiet as I entered

Would be harsh to give a Negative, she seemed willing and friendly throughout but I wouldn't return. I regretted the punt and regretted spending my hard earned, does this mean it could be a Negative despite her 'friendliness'?
