I visited this lady about two years ago. She also works with her male partner either together or individually. She lived then in a typical small three bedroom house which I think was in a culdesac not private road. And as far as I know she hasn't moved. Her prices now are £45 not £50.

Cate operates from her large extended detached house in an upmarket  cul de sac so the house description by OP is accurate. Also when I saw her some time ago she charged £5 extra for using the shower so that may explain the price discrepancy.

Well paid a visit to Kate today as been a while because of operation.  Not even a sniff at extras, when asked got I dont do that . Massage was excellent
