I asked about HE and was advised that it might happen. Good and detailed instructions provided by text to get to the house. The road (and house) is very new and doesn't exist on Google maps, so the instructions are required. This is a brand new build area and so feels safe and fresh.

Wipe down with lovely hot towels was a classy touch. Dressed and out an hour later. Slightly disconcerting to hear a grown man's voice on the phone in the sitting room as I left, but overall absolutely brilliant and highly recommended.
