Try a protein-powder drink with a scoop of dextrose. The protein will help with the muscle ache and recovery and the dextrose powder is energy, but quickly digested by the body.

Failing that, a big, proper milkshake and a mars bar. Same kind of thinking, bur more calories.

It's not too common, but dehydration can be a side effect of taking sildenafil (viagra).

Could be a combination of dehydration and er, using muscles that you don't normally use for anything much else.
I normally take 50 ml of sildenafil before driving my usual 45 mins to a punt. That has to be taken on an empty stomach with plenty of water, but if I'm not careful, I'm ravenously hungry and thirsty and also bursting for a pee when I get there!
So I normally park up somewhere quiet around the corner on arrival, eat a banana,  and then glug down the best part of a litre of fruit smoothie (Innocent and Naked always seem appropriate!) - then I'm ready to fire on all three cylinders!

I get the similar symptoms but not the chest pain. I've got into the habit of taking a drink and a chocolate bar along. I also sit in the car and recline the seat, maybe a short nap.

if you get muscle pain then you need to exercise those muscles more often
if you get chest pain then get checked out - your GP doesn't need to know or care if you are shagging prostitutes - just tell them its during/after sex

if like me your knees hurt then its probably old age and you should avoid doggy or Mish.

There’s also an old saying among doctors, “When an older man complains of chest pain, look at his heart; when a younger man complains of chest pain, look at his stomach.”

Notwithstanding your sensible advice (and Rebecca, who gets a gold star for saying something mildly intelligent  ) it could also quite simple be gastric upset from sildenafil. This is very common and can be addressed by taking prescription ranitidine (which is handed out like smarties so no problem — the U.K. OTC stuff is not strong enough).

Suggesting a massage in the time remaining is also a good idea when prossies try to cut a punt short after the client has cum. Maybe with some encouragement Becky will even offer a little glass of Lidl-wine (surely enough of her fluffiest must leave that crap lying about?)
