One good option would probably be places like Insomnia, KitKat or Templeoase which all are (on weekends) more or less party places where not everyone is there for just sex (or for sex at all) but more just because of the kinky party vibe.
Downside to these might be for some that sex isn't guaranteed ('cos there's no paid "house girls") even 'tho there will be lots of girls around who are horny as hell and might be willing to have sex with almost anyone. But lots of couples who like to keep it to themselves and/or cockblocker guys who don't wanna share their prey as well. Lesbian/gay/trans people a lot too, so you should be prepared for anything really.
But if you go in there with a positive mood and you don't look like crap and/or you're under 50yrs (or at least look like that), it'll be fairly easy to get laid. At Templeoase drinks are free too, even cocktails, so I'd say some 70EUR for the whole night isn't that bad, especially if you get laid at least once. You'll probably meet with lots of nice people as well and might even make long time friends with some. You're all there basically for the same reasons so there's lot of common ground already.
I've had my best fun in Berlin in above-mentioned places. And my wallet's been thanking me as well since entrance prices are very cheap, starting from 10 EUR (KitKat on saturdays) via 15EUR (Insomnia fri-sat) to 70-90EUR (Templeoase).
I've had sex every single time in all those places, from 3 to around 10 different girls per night. From 20yrs to over 50yrs of age. Some of them have been the prettiest girls you'll ever find in any ordinary upscale nightclub and no horse-faced whales at all. All very horny and kinky. Owo has been the norm and CIM/COF/COB very common too. Lot of them have liked it very rough, too rough to my personal taste to be honest but I've gone with the flow usually.
To make a rough separation between these three clubs is that Insomnia is on weekends very basic disco/electro club and prefers couples (upstairs where most of the fucking takes place is solely for couples unfortunately, but you can find a single lady downstrairs if you're lucky and join the party then) while KitKat is Babylon on earth, extremely busy (hundreds and hundreds of people every sat) massive club with interesting interiors and maze-like corridors, and it's a drug-fuelled party where you'll see some of the sickest things you'll ever see and I must emphasize that it's not for everyone nor the faint-hearted. Unless you just stay on the dancefloor where hard techno blasts non-stop at ear-piercing levels. Trans, gays, lesbians, S/M, pvc, weird costumes, drugs, drugs and more drugs everywhere... But some of the girls here are really pretty, model-like beauties. Misleadingly pretty trannies too, so one should take this into consideration here until it's too late (there's dark rooms where trannies like to stay asses up ready to be fucked by anyone)
The party there goes around the clock until God knows when (last time I checked out at 14PM!, and I entered at 23:00 the previous evening) so you should know that people aren't just drinking water there. But very international vibe and more on the young side (I don't think they're even letting in older folks, the face-control exists here and for some it might seem strict).
Templeoase is the most flexible and "normal" of these three, it depends a lot what night they'll have there, some nights are couples only but I suggest Hot Cougar Night, that seems to be the most suitable event for everyone. Cool DJ, lots of sex around, great food and drinks and not too much that dark side of kinkyness there. It's more suits and t-shirts there.
