I walked past Bubbles in Derby at the weekend. Is that the worst possible place ever for a 'parlour'? Apart from the dodgy black frontage and painted out windows.... it's bang opposite the busy city train station, bus stops and taxi rank. It's about as subtle as a case of gangrene.... and looks to be as appealing too. As I came out of the crap chippy a few doors down, I found myself walking just behind a fairly unattractive woman carrying a plastic bag that was struggling to hold all the beer cans it was trying to contain. Just when I thought.... Derby can't get any worse.... she darted into bubbles.
Is the place really as bad as I think? Has anyone ever been in?

Was it in the same place? I remember driving through Derby years ago and there was a place off the Osmaston Road island. I thought that was bubbles. I never went as I didn't punt back then. Plus there were always stories about it getting raided.

Yeah.... I don't know if the stories are true, but the stories used to be that some raids were by the police and some by gangs.

The robbery I referred to prompted them into having the secure entrance with CCTV.
Regards the Police, I'd be reasonably sure they complete occasional checks to see if girls are trafficked or if their offering services more than just happy endings

There was a massage parlour just off an island in Derby in the early 1990s. I can’t for the life of me remember it’s name. It was in a huge building. I recall it had great big fucking neon lights outside advertising “massage and sauna” - hardly discrete. It was open 24 hours as I remember. I went in once at 6 in the morning and the receptionist had to wake up the girls who came into the reception area with that just woke up look, all smeared mascara and lipstick, looking all bleary eyed. Some right beauties they were. It didn’t put me off though. I still fucked one of them. It was quite a scary place though.

I never knew of this place or I’d have probably visited. There is something so wrong/right about shagging in a dump. Maybe it reminds me of my youth when I pretty much shagged my way around the dodgy pubs, night clubs and social clubs of North Notts. Sigh!!! Happy days
