Been on this site for while but not posted, thought was bout time I contributed.

Comms were great up to meet date, then decided to mess me around with random mesgs and excuses, then cancelled on me last minute after hotel was booked and i was waiting in room.

Left me feeling annoyed and dissapointed, avoid if you don't want to be let down last minute!

Joined in 2015, first post 2019 - yup, that would count as a "while". But you've started contributing, which is good.
Less good is the considerable amount of important information missing from your post:

Where was this? Ideally, you'd put a town or village in the subject line: "South East" is quite a large area. (Although I'm prepared to believe that there really is a place called "Timewaster". Probably in Kent.) Since this was clearly an outcall - something worth mentioning explicitly in a review, btw - you must know where it was.

Another thing you didn't explicitly state is that you and the girl agreed a time and date for the meet. Your wording is slightly short of that: "Comms were great up to meet date, then ..." Did you agree a time and date, or not? If you didn't, then what you've written isn't even a review, I'm afraid, per site rules.
Being mucked around is infuriating and if she was the one doing the mucking then you have every right to post a negative review on here; but are you sure the mucker was her, in this case?

On a different aspect of the (possibly) punt, at the time of writing, her AW profile page quotes her outcall rate as being TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY POUNDS FOR ONE HOUR  . How long was your booking?

Yes I can see how more info would be useful 

Outcall was in Bucks, near to her apparently. We had agreed a time and place (for 2 hours) a few days before the meet. Messaged a few times the day before, all good.

On the day I didn't receive any replies to my messages, but was already checked in, then got a message that she was going to be 2 hours late (initally she said forget it and that she was tired, but then said she would come in 2 hours)! (probably double booked and tried to squeeze us both in by trying to change my meet time).

I was annoyed but said fair enough. 2 hours later nothing, so messaged and tried to call, nothing. Had pretty much given up, then she messaged an hour after that and said she could come later on that night (as if nothing had happened) but didn't give me a time. By this time i was pissed off and didn't want to message her back.

Not worth the effort, time or the high rates if it's a possibilty she's not even going to turn up on the day!

He says he booked her for 2 hours, She quotes £400 for 2 hours plus hotel room. That just doesn't seem something a seasoned punter would do.
She's basically a cam girl and they are notorious for messing punters around who want to meet.

I've been on here for a while, but not punted much, we did speak on cam the week before, so wasn't as if it was someone i hadn't seen/spoken to before. Also i was already staying at the hotel for a work event, so that wasn't as much of an issue (I did pay extra for an upgrade though because of the meeting). Was more the complete change in personality from chatting on cam then later when it was closer to meeting. I guess the camming is more the priority as nigel said and meeting was something she used to keep me on cam longer. Lesson learnt i guess.
