The buzzer was broken at the time so I had to go down to the front door - hence the cardigan and I try to be discrete in the communal hallway, which includes keeping chat to a minimum until in the flat. You tried to kiss me before sorting paperwork and I find that rude, I've had someone show up without any money so I avoid this. I usually get my clients a glass of water first and don't have to ask for money. Of course I wear a watch (I don't set an alarm), I'm sure you appreciate that your booking started on time too. I let you know that we didn't have too long left as I wanted you to leave happy - rather than just saying time is up at the end. As for the chatting, I don't find it appropriate to chat while receiving oral or while having sex in general, but that might just be personal preference.

Pretty standard commercial terms. If you opened your loaf in Tesco and started knocking up a sandwich in the cold meat aisle you'd likely get a tap on the shoulder from a security guard.

Why do you need to change the scenario given by previous punter to a restaurant? ... your logic doesn't make any sense at all. In a restaurant and a hotel I worked years ago I've seen people trying to be funny and do a runner after eating and drinking.

That's why when you engage in a business contract/agreement offering or receiving any services, people usually ask 50% payment upfront , at least that's the way I do things.

Was the money exchanged at the end because you forgot, or was it agreed?... I've had a couple in the past where I forgot, but was reminded at the end of the booking (or I've remembered) ... I like to get the formalities out the way straight off though... Then there is no room for awkwardness...

l have had a couple were l have went to pay and the SP advised she would get it later as it was straight into proceedings  l have also had one were l forgot to pay initially and then remembered to pay at the end, l had to apologize profusely as l like to pay as soon as in the door but the SP was fine.
