That's down on the south coast, don't forget different police authorities have different levels of tolerance. There's been similar raids up here a few times over the years.

The report states that:

"A third man was arrested on suspicion of paying for services of a prostitute and has been released under investigation".

I was under the impression that paying for the services of a prostitute is not a crime (in itself, that is, unless related to trafficking, underage prostitutes or coercion).

EDIT: After reading article, I wonder if 'third man' was arrested on suspicion of offences related to trafficking.
