I have only visited a few times but have found that usually showers count as part of your time as it can be quite "conveyor-belt" there with one client out and the next one quickly in. Have to say I have not found HOD to be that great with time generally.

I normally shower before a punt if I can. Most if not all wgs, parlour/indie would include that in your allotted time.
