One of OldAdmin's parting gifts was to delete the profiles of most banned members so there  was no record of why they'd been banned. Once     that happened they appeared as "guest"
His claimed intent was to give miscreants a second chance to join, reusing the same name (though the two accounts won't be linked.)
An example turned up a few weeks back
