I don't have an issue with her being Polish, it was the shitty service that resulted in the "negative" score.

Not at all Mr C, effort on the WGs part is imho a basic expectation regardless of nationality or price.  If she does choose and it is a choice to put this basic effort in then she should not be doing the job and she does a disservice to the wgs out there who do put the effort in.
