The site is genuine, I spoke to her about it. However, its nuts that shes charging £300h/r as an indie, yet her agencies also list her for £300.

if she was back down to £200-ish I may be tempted again

Yes I agree - she should at least reduce her rates to what they'd be without the agency's cut!
