The decent ones don't take independent bookings when on agency 'shift', they only take them outside of agency hours. The dodgy ones try to cram indi bookings in if the agency's a bit quiet, trouble is, and it's happened quite often in the past, they have to mug the indi punter off if an agency booking comes in for the same time.
