3. Although I may be accused of being subjective but for £90 for half an hour I found the service very average. I got the impression she charges more for the venue and location, not necessarily the great service.

Would I return, no.

The SP was my first FS Punt, so perhaps I saw her through rose tinted glasses. I saw her a few times after that, but after expanding my horizons with different WG's, I came to the conclusion that she is just average. Would I see her again?, I doubt it. She also put her prices up 25%, so that convinced me that she is not worth another visit. I did see that she is charging £100 ph at the moment, so the OP got a bad deal at £90 for 30 minutes.

This reflects my general experience on a visit as well.

Worth bearing in mind that was a few years ago (before I was on this site), but I'd describe it as somewhere between "fine" and "lacklustre"

Nice block of flats though.
