And her bad comms is getting legendary, i can also confirm it. In fact due to her bad comms i can't confirm the quality of her service.

I was one of the punters who was affected by what I'll term Lost Phonegate the other day, Jayne contacted me, apologised & offered me a small discount if I still wanted to see her, I was worried it might be awkward but after assuring me it wouldn't I decided to take her up on the offer.
I saw her today & it turned out to be a great punt.
The reason I'm writing this is I would be happy to review & it will be an overwhelming positive, but I'm not sure of the etiquette regarding reviewing in these circumstances, obviously my anonymity was gone & she was aware I'm a member of this site & she was keen to give me a great service to make up for the disappointment the other day.
Not sure what other members think.

It's your punt and entirely your decision whether to review it or not.
Ultimately if she was already able to match you with your UKP account then the biggest decision on your part was whether or not to punt her which you have, so reviewing is surely just a natural consequence of an action you have already taken 
IMO the only etiquette question is the same as for any other punt where you review your experience honestly, the fact you still saw her after previous bad comms is nobody else's business, ask yourself would you have reviewed if it wasn't for the current issue and theres your answer
