You made the right decision to walk. I have seen her twice and both times were excellent and I would see her again. You missed out on a potentially fantastic punt but hey ho, the way it goes. Looks like you won't be seeing her anytime soon as looks like she has gone now; she told me she would be leaving this week.
I can only guess but I suspect she was pissed off because she had other appointments lined up and given her incall location, she goes to a certain amount of trouble to make sure punters don't bump into each other. When you go there, you are given an access code to the main door and then you go up and knock on her door; she does not buzz you in from the street because you have the code to get in. Now of course, whilst I'm ok with this, there is potential to bump into the other guy coming out or getting there and finding no answer as she is still busy.
I mention this because I did quiz her on this set up and she told me that she makes sure there is time between one punt and the next so guys don't meet each other and one guy isn't waiting outside her door whilst she is still servicing another.
Anyway ... doesn't excuse her being rude to you and given you were late and she was pissed with you, good thing you saved your money and left. There are plenty of others to choose from
