I dont know if every US state has the same laws on this or not. I know that Las Vegas allows prostitution, but I've heard about entrapment in other states.

''(Reuters) - Florida prosecutors on Monday filed formal charges against Robert Kraft, the billionaire owner of the New England Patriots football team, and about two dozen other men for soliciting prostitution at massage parlors, authorities said on Monday.

The investigation by law enforcement officers in three Florida counties into the trafficking of young women to work at day spas and massage parlors has led to hundreds being charged.

Kraft, 77, and the other defendants charged with first-degree misdemeanors “come from all walks of life,” Dave Aronberg, the state attorney for Palm Beach County, told reporters.

On Friday, police named Kraft as a client at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, saying they had video of him engaging in paid sex acts with a worker there on two occasions.''

Police appear to have excelled themselves on this one
Seems that they staged a fake bomb alert on the parlour and planted cameras while the premises were evacuated and they were "searching for bombs".
How that can pass any rules regarding gathering of evidence I don't know.........it would be laughed out of court in the UK

Certain counties in Nevada allow for prostitution but not the area where Las Vegas is. As such you could be catch in a similar sting without the long drive into the desert to one of the legal ranches.

As a New England Patriots hater I certainly got a kick out of a billionaire going to a rub and tug place in a strip plaza!!

They call it the land of the free.... :(

''Secretly installing hidden cameras in massage parlors to catch male customers having sex with masseuses is a legal move police use known as a sneak-and-peek warrant.''

I'm guessing that he assumed that he would be anonymous when he went for his massage.

Its hard to believe that they want to make the two videos of him public. What a nasty place the USA has become.:(

''A lawyer for New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft on Friday told a Florida judge that Kraft’s “constitutional right to privacy” trumps whatever “prurient interest” the public might have in seeing videos of the billionaire allegedly getting sexually serviced at a massage parlor.

Kraft’s lawyer William Burck made that argument as part of an effort to bar media organizations from getting the police surveillance videos showing Kraft visiting the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Fla., on two consecutive days in January, two weeks before the Patriots won the Super Bowl.

Kraft, 77, has been charged with two counts of soliticiting prostitution in connection with those visits. Prosecutors claim he paid for the sexual services he received.''
