Usually pretty quick to reply, I've only ever contacted her for same day meets and aside from one time where she took a month off has always replied in time to arrange something that day.

Terraced House on the Paxcroft Mead estate. Parking not great, but I suspect if you were to ask there is probably a dedicated visitor space somewhere.
