I made this comment on a review thread in the hope that someone might give a view.
Might be worth its own thread:

I'm put off trying KSG, because I suspect it will be like Sandys with pricing, i.e. it would be very hard to pay £50 without the girl dropping her bottom lip and giving a poor service if you didn't go for any of her extras.
