Excellent. Rapid replies to the emails I sent via Adultwork. I think someone else handles her emails for her. That didn't cause a problem for me at all, but if you're trying to arrange something unusual then I guess handling the comms via someone else could be difficult.

I very recently changed my username for reasons similar to yours. I followed Admins rules laid out in ‘change of username’ through my profile details. This process was quick and efficient and I encountered no issues at all.

The stack of red and grey reviews shout avoid to me, maybe I'm wrong but lasses rarely get better, they usually get worse.

They're either good from the off or they're not, in my experience.

It's little things; like the OP says he paid: £140 for 2 hours, where her Profile shows an hourly rate of £120 with 2 hours costing £200. That's not the sort of thing that can be explained away as a typo.

Cheers for the info. Even though you've posted this in 2 of her reviews, because it's at the end of 2 positive threads (the other one being 3 pages long), it may well get missed and over time that's a certainty. Also the reality won't be accurately reflected in her review record.

As such I strongly recommend you post what you've said as a review.
