Having read lots of reviews about this place and finally mustered up the courage to book a session here, I have been left rather frustrated.

Three times I have called now after 9am to speak to a lady on the other end of the phone asking one simple question...

Are all the girls working today as per your schedule. All I want to check is that if I'm about to part with £160 I want to get my money's worth from all the ladies.

Every time I ask this I am challenged back with why do you want to know and the lady hangs up on me even when I have a genuine intention of going. Being new to this scene these things are important to me. I am also in no way rude or aggressive on the phone - simply a polite question.

I will try again but either I'm being unreasonable asking this or something else?  Anyone else had this experience?

A partial answer is that if there aren't enough punters for a 5-girl party then they will reduce the number of girls.  For example if there are 6 guys booked they will have only 3 or 4 girls, so they cannot guarantee the complete line-up.

Yes I definitely agree with that as the ratio is apparently always 2:1 but I guess most people go there for the variety of women - hence wanting all 5 girls to be working

If you phone a little closer to the party start time they may have a better indication of how many are booked, but I don't know if they will give any info.  It's frustrating if your favourite is the one stood-down, or has to be replaced for other reasons.

I've had my party favourites & ones I'm not keen on playing with in the past but we all have different tastes so why do you, as a newbie, need to know if the rota is as advertised? When I first went, I didn't have a clue about any of them. The girls should be onsite at noon so confirmation could be given after then but if you have a distance to travel & you want to go to the first party, then this option may not be available to you.

Well as some one who's been there before; generally speaking it should be the girls that have been advertised on the site; unless there are some unforeseen circumstances, the girls that are advertised, should be working. As for all 5 girls working at the same time, that just depends on the ratio of guys there.

My advice is just to go there and see for yourself. There's only so much inquiry you can do before you take the plunge in anything.

Last minute changes should be on their Twitter account if they still have one and always kept updated. By 11am they should know if any WGs on the rota wont be working and either replaced them or its a WG short. This is what happened when I went to LMP and in those days I was always told of any changes when I rang in by Moss or Em. And I always rang to check.

Its most certainly not at all unreasonable to ring them and ask for this basic information. As you didn't make a booking this isn't a review under UKP review rules, which are stated at the bottom of the page, I shall inform admin by post report.

There is NO reason in my view not to confirm the line-up is per the rota if a punter rings at 11-11.30am when LMP always knew if a WG wasn't coming in and the name of another taking her place, or if one wouldn't be taking her place. Its a sex party not secret squirrel.

Appreciate the feedback and as per other posters I didn’t think it was an unreasonable ask. I wasn’t going for a particular girl, just for as much action and variety as possible.

I asked this the last time I attended and got t he same brush off and then when I turned up I found that Ruby who I really wanted to see wasn't turning up.  I mentioned this and Barbara said "oh you should call and let us know if one of the girls is someone you're specially coming to see so we can let you know if there's a problem." I didn't bother saying anything as their communications are clearly not their strong point.

We could complain all we want about ThePhoenixClub but it seems like they have no real competition, so I don’t really think they would care too much to change.
