This is all thanks to "Mil 34" giving me advice. 
I went to the bay for a wander at midday and after about 30 minutes, I thought of your Beer recommendation so walked to Bann Sakunee along the old dock. At reception I was asked for how long and was I there for any particular massage lady, " One hour and I would like Beer if possible" I said then she said " Unfortunately Beer is not available today and why did I want Beer" I have a neck & shoulder problem and I was recommended by a college(Mil34), that Beer was best" Reply was " If it's your neck area I would sort it for you, my name is Mia, but you will have to wait about ten minutes" I gave her £40 for the hour and was ushered into the curtained off cubicle to the left of the reception desk. I waited 15 minutes there naked on the massage bed nearly fell asleep so warm & relaxing, to be far Mia popped in twice see I was OK. Mia used baby oil and her elbows nearly all of the time all over my body, even around my shoulder and a very firm hand on my neck. This went on for well over 30 minutes with constant chat & banter and occasionally gentle between the legs for a few seconds of little oily stroking, after more laughter and by now I was on my side and it was agreed that I needed some obvious gentler messaging. £20 was gracefully accepted and a joyous extremely oily 15 minutes took place, until I could not resist anymore her left hand on my balls driving me on nicely to healthy explosion. I have never been covered with some much oil, so I was offered a shower, which I have never had here before. This bit was very amassing because you have a smallish white towel around you and the shower room is beyond reception desk at the back of the building. Mai was certainly in a fun mood so when the coast was clear in reception, she came in and said " follow me" she immediately gently took my penis in hand as if I was a dog on a lead all the way to the slower room, both having a good laugh. The shower room was clean and small with an electric type shower which is effective. Dried off and I could hear people talking in reception so didn't know what to do, waited until it went quiet and went out, there was a young lady sitting obviously a customer, so a brief smile as I disappeared into the cubical. I dressed and Mia came in to see all was alright and said thank you for the £20, which was a nice end to a nice hour.
Today I can say it has worked as i have no real discomfort in my neck at all, plus feel on top of the world ready for a wander on Caerphilly mountain later.
