I dunno... limited services at this price point. Definitely a looker - might be closer to a sz10 than 8. And, I'd want CiM as standard for £200.

If you've had two bad experiences, why not go for one of the more reviewed WGs that could offer a more dependable service? 
She may have a stunning rack, but Belle is notoriously mediocre
