There's no official rule but admin has said that people should either post in the region they saw the girl or in the region she usually works, it's up to the punter to decide and the key is that only 1 review is posted. Agreed it should be in Yorks as Huddersfield HD3 is well into bandit country, she already has 9 reviews stating Huddersfield posted in Yorks and 3 stating Bristol posted in the SW as this is where those punts took place.
I thought the rules used to state reviews needed to be posted in the region they took place but perhaps the wording has been changed.

Looking at this map it's not much further to Derbyshire than Lancashire so is there as case to post it in the East Midlands
