CommsComms was good via text right up until when I arrived I had some trouble finding the door as she said it titled something it wasn't might be local spans for who live there accent was hard over the phone and she actually gave up and sent a text saying not to worry.
After a text back explain I'm in the area she worked out the door I was at (multiple door to the complex) she buzzed me in.
