Sorry about the poor grammar on my report I wrote it pisssd of on my phone at the pub not that’s an excuse.
She waited till the booking was supposed to start to tell me she was unable to make it to the booking . But I should have know when she asked if I had alternative date after she accepted to the booking, that things might be a non starter.
But I appreciate the feed back it’s the only I can improve on future reportings.
