Well, i was going to write this at a later date, but it’s happened and I’d like to think after all my time here I give an honest account of things.

I think both positions have merit. Someone established and experienced should be able to use that learning to manage herself in ways that ensure she can offer a consistently good service to all punters. However, none of us are perfect and there should always be scope for learning and developing from critical or constructive feedback.

No fault of yours but I'd be sceptical that she was totally unaware it was you.
