INTRO: 2018 was a funny - peculiar, not Ha-ha - year for me. The retirement of a much-appreciated Regular; the failure by several Escorts even to reply to requests for an hour of their time - they couldn't have known I was 'auditioning for a new Regular!; the uninspiring performances by one or two girls I did see; and in my non-punting life, having to attend 4 funerals - the most since my personal 'annus horribilis' of 2006. Once you've identified the block and been given the flat's number, it's a simple matter of pressing the right button on the intercom - again this helps the nervous newbie who could be visiting any of the 16 flats in the block. To judge from the state of fhe building's communal areas, it used to be a block of council flats in the days when a lift for a 4-storey block was seen as a luxury, rather than a necessity. Angela was concerned that my disability might make her - top floor - flat out of bounds to me but I explained that when I know there's a sexy woman waiting to have her wicked way with me, it's little short of wonderful how many stairs I'm capable of climbing!
