First of all can't post a link as I'm on a mobile phone.
Made a booking via her personal email on 27th December for New Years Eve for 1 hour at 3pm. Told to ring on the morning of the appointment to confirm.
Rang several times between 9 and 10.15 but she wasn't picking up. Left a message but it was only when I texted that she replied that she wasn't going in that day that I knew the appointment wasnt going to happen. She didn't apologies so it's a negative.
Shame really as I was really looking forward to it after the previous review of her.
